aight, we all know that Rick Rock was trying to come out with a HYPHY energy drink but couldnt because of some legal shit with Hyphy Juice. Rick Rock claims he was the FIRST to come with the idea BUT WHEN exactly did he think of the idea???

as for Hyphy Juice...i remember Moe Doe and Keak Da Sneak was promoting a Hyphy drink back in 2003-2004. this was around the same time Keak's COPIUM album dropped and Keak himself use to shout it out (on radio and in interviews) all the time saying him and Moe Doe is gonna release a bay area drink. so IMO, moe doe came with the idea first only because i didnt hear Rick Rock say anything about a drink before that.

yeah, thats how i see it too. Rick shoulda said something before Keak and Moe Doe was promoting it back in 2003. Rick never said anything about a drink at that time so he shouldnt be bitchin right now. its crazy how Rick blames it all on Clyde when clyde is just a person who finished what Keak and Moe Doe started 3 (almost 4) years ago.

i wonder if Rick would say the same shit if it was Keak who came out with Hyphy Juice. because Keak IS the main/first person i ever heard about coming out with a Bay Area drink under Moe Doe

i put that as the title only because they are the ones on the Sickmix DVD talkin about the situation. and plus people in the general public who watch the dvd will think that Rick is talkin about Clyde. Alot of people dont know who Koab is and Rick didnt really say any names in that clip. when people hear Hyphy Juice they think of Clyde Carson because he put out songs called Hyphy Juice and also did a remix that got ALOT more radio play. and when Hyphy Juice first came out...ive seen some interviews where Rick was talkin shit about the "people" who put Hyphy Juice out.
