i think the outline of phx is on a different layer and then he just put the metal effect on the outline and the phx itself is some other effekt to make it look togehter, dopeee
but up close on the phx you can see the city skyline at night which is a very nice touch...im sure the metal look is some sort of filter or plugin...cuz it looks just like one of their affiliate companies artist logos...
