claims of not receiving cds international

I have been buying stuff online for years and never once have I not received something in the mail. I have had items sent back to me thru international once in buying and selling on line over 8 years. I just changed my policies a bit so that I can make that a minimum, but the stuff rarely gets lost in the mail, well at least in the united states, its hard for me to speak on other countries mailing systems. I know from experience buying from overseas the items I have purchased always make it to me so its hard for me to imagine its much more difficult going into the country vs out.
Nah poland can all pay for registered mail or take there business elsewhere. You can put that in your listing all you want. I can put buy at your own risk, but paypals only concern is whether you have proof of delivery or not. It is irrelevant what your listing says if you have no proof of delivery. You cannot fight it as you agree to follow paypals policies when you sign up.
I've been buying online since '96 and it's very very rare that I lose a package shipped intl'. to me it seems like delivery speed sometimes follows a cycle throughout the years. For instance, Cds take longer to arrive during the summer since many of the regular employees have vacation and they hire unexperienced helpers.... sometimes the flow of CDs dry out for a week or two and then suddenly 4 or 5 packages drops down in my mailbox. I ordered a PKO CD in April and got it now in september.... so shipping is hard to predict but I don't get stressed by anything up to, let's say 8 weeks if the CD is shipped in bulk and via Asia or something haha. but also, I've got CDs three days after the order was placed and shipped from the USA.
At least here in Norway I'd say that 99,9% of the packages arrive safely
