Nybody seen this on IFC or Sundance channel? The offshoot series of City of God, takes place at the slums/favela with the 2 young guys of the movie.
Got the DVD N finally saw the whole thing. 3 disc. Had lil Blacky playing Acerola N sure it was Steak and Fries playing Laranjinha, jus bout them, the peoples livin N showin their lifestyles. Shit those kids really grew up throughout the series.
Had bout 8 directors. 1st disc was like the movie, 2cd disc was ok, last disc I wasnt feelin the directors which seemed to lost that 'rawness' N connection of the favela N peoples...jus focus on the 2 too much. Worth watching. Whatcha guys think of it those who seen it?
