Since a few readers have asked, Christopher Daniels was indeed released from TNA this past Wednesday. He immediately contacted Ring of Honor and made the deal to debut at last night's Big Bang PPV.

because WWE pays their jobbers more than ROH and TNA pay their main eventers

yeah but also they gotta use up more money on hotels, rent a cars etc traveling 3-4 days a week. It still might not even compare to the less pay of a ROH or TNA mid card but still u catch my drift, in some ways it evens out

I mean look at people who have been jobbers and do nothing for WWE like Jimmy Wang Yang. Now I gotta imagine that he is on the bottom rung of the pay scale... Why would someone like that bother staying with WWE when he would clearly get a big push in TNA or ROH. I bet even with paying for your own car and hotel you are still getting paid way more as a WWE jobber than a TNA main eventer

I doubt that they have to pay for travel costs anyway. Wrestlers are considered independent contractors so they could claim it on their taxes if they do.
