I'm Mexican and I understand what your saying, but all that slang talk and image has to do with Hiphop culture in general. Look around, it's people of all races acting that way, whites, asians, hispanics and all. All those races can say the same shit, "he ain't acting white, he ain't acting pilipino, he ain't acting Cuban,etc..." I personally don't dress or act that way, not because I want to stand out as being Mexican, but just for the fact I think it looks dumb. I'm myself, fuck being classified into a particuliar group.
Hiphop is on some weak ass shit right now, period. Black, Hispanic, White,... rappers, majority is WACK, race don't matter. I don't even follow it anymore, most of it is laughable. This song happens to fall in that same category, it's fucking stupid. Sure it's cool to see a Mexican "rapper" getting some exposure, but he's the wrong dude, there's plenty better. This is just some joke ass garbage. If most people thought that same way, hiphop would be better these days. Fans ain't being critical enough on these lame ass rappers, they just keep on accepting what the media throws at them.
I do know for a fact though that fools like Chingo Bling would get slapped down here in SoCal for acting like that if he came across some real homies or just Mexicanos with good common sense. There's just a lot of sick minded Mexicans down here that just won't tolerate that behavior. Not for acting black per se, but just for the sake of acting like an idiot and thinking your sick. haha It is what it is, he's a lame, someone needs to check him because he is making Mexicans sound dumb.
