Anybody out here on CS>

Share some tricks to get out of or lower your child support.

I'm not talking about not supporting your kids because you have to do that but this system is rediculous with the amount of money they try to charge you knowing that bitch using it on her clothes and vacations and shit.

I have to go to court in a few and the estimated support is $600 based on 22% of the time with the kids. I spend at least 45% of the time with the kid how do I prove that?

My X makes $27 an hour but lives in Sacramento, I make $30 an hour but live in Pittsburg work in Oakland. Do they take account of cost of living difference?

What are some things I can do to lower my shit cuz I would take half custody of my kids if they didn't already live in Sacramento. Too far for me to commute

pretty much the more u make the more they gon take...

i was making 17/hour seeing my kid n having him more than 4 days a week n still was getting charged damn near 700 a month

its cali politics bro, its one of the most fucked up states you can be in regarding child support

Write down the times you picc the kid up, the time spent, the money you spent while in your care, the time you drop your kid off!!! The money spent on gas commuting to picc your kid up, try to calculate how much your bills increase while your kid is in your care etc. Water, electricity, food, gas!!!
I'd get into the habit of recording your conversations with your babymomma, there's an app for that!!!

when u know shes living and doing sum foul fucked up shit,bringing known criminals around ur kid or if u notice sum dirty foul shit going on at her pad,...call cps on them,...but before u do make sure ur place is spotless,and clean,...call and tell them ur worried and concerned about ur kids well being ,..and they will go and just show up at her pad and investigate her,...u can even be on the downlow,...then if they see something is foul ,..they will take ur kid from her and basically give them to u ,...then that will show she aint a fit mother while ur fighting in court and u can use that to ur advantage while ur trying to work shit out but with that u can prolly stick it to her,..find out if she got any recent law encounters,d.u.i'z and that sort of thing to,..good luck!
