Some females are scandalous, tattoos or not. Seems like most of 'em (ones I've seen anyhow) that have tattoos, have the "stripper tat". You know tha tat they have on their lower back right above their ass?

I disagree with this quote 93.72 percent of the time.

I would opine that closer to 18 percent of girls with tats are scandoulous tramps, merely 4% above the median figure of all girls, and 6% of the mean figure for un-tatted girls.

But I would agree with the quote that 95% of -evangelical- born-again tramps with tattoos are indeed scandalous.
