Depends on what you're looking for. Chevy's run "Stronger" as far as road driving and typically run smoother if you're talking about a Silverado. Ford's are heavier duty trucks with larger bolts and a sturdier frame and probably better gas mileage these days.
I had a pretty clean 1996 Chevy Tahoe limited, it broke down a lot though
Ford trucks are better for hauling big stuff and using it as a work truck that could take abuse, you could do the same with a Chevy, but I think Chevy is more of a show truck and they do look better than Fords. Chevy also has better resale value.
really when it comes to trucks id rather fuck with dodge cuz they come with a cummins motor(am talking diesel only) but am a ford man so if its a gas truck id take the ford f-150 eco boost v6 all day...

I've never driven a Cummins diesel or a PowerStroke before but I drove the shit out of a Duramax 6.6 (in a fullsize Chevy Express van) for a while and fell in love with that bitch. Turbo Diesel is the way to go. Shit puts a real meaning to "torque". Im on the fence about that EcoBoost engine though. Sounds good, a twin turbo V-6. I just think about the repair bill when them turbos die.
