They arn't up for DL is right. This is just a site that basically tracks what you listen to using a Plugin you DL and it can even create sigs for you to use that will show your last five played songs and whatnot. I think I've seen someone have one on here before, maybe it was somewhere else.

Though, the site is kinda flawed because it works off of your MP3 Tags, so if your tags are fucked or other peoples and whatnot. You'll have:

Tech N9ne - Now It's On (ft. Lejo)
Tech N9ne; Lejo - Now It's On
Tech N9ne - Now It's On feat. Lejo
Tech N9ne & Lejo - Now It's On

It's not like they chose to put Yuk above Pac. That's just how the cookie crumbled. Maybe their player randomly plays more Yuk then Pac, maybe they have Skits in their random list and since Pac has nearly no skits and Yuk has... well, you get the point.

Even still, not everyone instantly thinks Pac was a god, much like not everyone thinks Tech is a Living Legend... so... yeah.
