I love the phone systems out here in europe, way better than the states, you buy a phone, 150$, activate the chip, give out your number, and its yours for life and you receive free calls without, when you call somebody you buy a card (like pre-paid), every thing in europe is prepaid and it somthing close to 7 cents a minute, roaming I wouldn't know, haven't had that problem yet even from country to country.
