cell block compilation question

i know theres 2 versions with different artwork..the tracklist is the same except for the last track...one version has track 17 as p.h. balance & the other has track 17 as oakland so saucy, this is my question i bought both of them used & both discs have oakland so saucy as the track..is that right? was it just a mistake on the cover art? one other thing that i think is weird is that the one that has p.h. balance listed as the track it wont play that one track...the cd is in very good shape & all songs play except for that one..it skips really bad.

yeah they both have the same track even though the artwork says differently. i don't remember it skipping though.
