The beats were not good at all and his flow was not on point.
If you compare west coast offical to Cee Wee 3s first album, then you know what I'm talking about.

Yep, mixtapes are pretty weak. my plan is to buy that new Googie Monasta album. I just love that Bomb Leery sound and style or better say that Ecay 1 sound.
