oh right,so i got two ten inch subwoofer mtx,capacitor and a 4 channel amp,but it seems everytime i turn up the music loud,the bass will just turn off,and it happens like every 5 minutes and it starting to piss me off,i just got a brand new fuse and battery but it's still doing the same thing,i dont know what to do,maybe i have too much bass and need a better battery,what do yall think i should do?

Have you checked your alternator?

amps have a built in feature that keeps them from blowin out, they will turn off if the bass heats the amp up too much. make sure your amp ain't too hot, if it is then put a coolin fan on it. make sure it's grounded properly also. that should do it.

your gains on your amp are probably set to high. what kind of amp is it.
