I KNOW THEY HAVE BLANK BLU-RAY DISCS THAT YOU CAN BUY, BUT WILL I BE ABLE TO BURN A BLU-RAY MOVIE WITH THE DVD BURNER ON MY LABTOP? (MINE WON'T PLAY BLU-RAYS WHEN I PUT THEM IN.)

AND DOES ANYBODY KNOW OF A GOOD PROGRAM WHERE I CAN BURN BLU-RAYS OR DVD'S SO I CAN PLAY THEM ON A BLU-RAY PLAYER? AND MAYBE TELL ME EXACTLY HOW TO DO IT (I KNO U HAVE TO COMPRESS THEM SO THEY FIT ON DISC BUT CANT FIGURE OUT HOW) TIA

You can only burn blu rays with a blu ray burner, player.
If there is no blu ray burner icon or something like that on the tray then you can't.

I always used Nero to burn my shit, never had any problems with it but I haven't used windows in a while. Now I use Toast-titanium
