i was thinking about this shit the other day. i'm not talking about selling an older out of print cd. let's say for example i sell the new Q-Unique on eBay. wouldn't that be the same as me burning the cd for that person? because the artist isn't seeing a penny from that used cd. if anyone knows anyone in the music business i just wanted to know or they feel about people selling used cds.

^That's unauthorized duplication and the artist doesn't see any penny from that, instead of passing down the og which is still just one copy, burning will create 2 copies. IF you were to pass the og down that'll be cool cuz there's only one copy, you gave it up now you don't have a copy. Burning another copy is like stealing from the artist, you get the goods but they don't get shit.

i feel what you're saying but say you go to a store that sells used cds with the intention to by the E-40. you walk by and you see it in the used section for $5.99. isn't that like taking a sale away from them?
