CAN NORTES 14 & SURENOS 13 do music together like Bloods & Crips do??

i ask this question before , but havent been on, so i didnt get my answer. Me being from Southern California ( Pasadena ). and being raised in Northern California , the Bay Area ( San Jose)
i got friends and family on both sides. I see crips and bloods doing songs together all the time, can Mexicans get along enough to get this Music money together???
