S2theB-Tight producer out of KC....done tracks for numerous people. His newest album "3% Soda" is a pretty good album all around. Some recycled beats, but for the most part he kept it goin. My favorite track is "KCMO".
Paul Mussan-After hearing a lot of hype I checked out his album....not bad. Cleaver rapper that still keeps his content to what he knows and lives.
BG Bulletwound-Has an album out that has a lot of guest appearances in the form of Kutt Calhoun and Krizz Kaliko. And some guy named Tech N9ne is on there too. I hate to say it, but the guest appearances carried the album. But I've heard that his new shit is 100x better. Still there is a lot of help from Kutt and others, but he is able to hold his own and shine above to distinguish himself as a potent rapper. He performed the song "Look At Your Boy" with Tech and Kutt at Tech's show at the Uptown Theatre. I'm really looking forward to his followup to "2 G'd Up"
Cku Ku Bird-I bought his album "The Omen" only because, for some reason, i was interested in hearing Vell Bakardy's verse dissing Tech on there. The track was wack and I wasn't feeling the rest of the album either. I believe he has another album already out and working on a new one.
7Mile, Pharmacy and OG Riff- I have heard of all of these and seen their cd's around here and there.....especially Pharmacy....I swear 7th Heaven has about 10 compies of each of their albums....they first caught my attention by packaging their album in a ziplock bag instead of the traditional shrink wrap. But I cannot speak on the quality of their products.
