Can I get some advice?

My logo in my sig is only as big as it is there. I want to put it on a shirt, but when I try to blow it up it gets all pixelated and blurry. Does anyone know how I can make it big without it losing its quality? Or if anyone can help me out let me know.

^^^it needs to be vectorized, try tracing it in illustrator, should be easy the shapes are pretty simple

I wish I could just redo it, but a friend made it for me like 2 years ago, and my computer art skills are not good enough to do it on my own.
