maaaan, there was this lil metal tool that came with it that pops the lil clips inside of it. I LOST MINE! so mines stuck I need to get a new one somehow, so I know how ya feel, LOL.......
lol.....there's little cuts of metal on the top,almost like a comb.you need to hook around them,and push down on them with a butter knife or putty knife.Now I've just realized none of this shit I said will make any sense to you,so nevermind.
take 2 flathead screwdrivers and jam them between your deck and the boot on the sides of the deck. the left and right sides. then either pry it out by pushing the drivers towards the dash, or giving a little force the same way and pull it out with your hands. worked a lot of times
remove the face, assuming its detachable. In the middle far left and middle far right of the deck itself, there are metal pins. you have to push them both towards the middle of the deck, and then lift up. this unlocks the stereo from the cage it sits in. Then it just slides right out. Hope this helps.

just go down to the install part of good guys or best buy and ask them if they can use there metal keys to help remove the deck thats what i did and they just pulled it out for me for free .if not walmart sells the little metal keys in there automotive stereo section
