Its looks nice overall man but I think the money doesn't look enough credible the way u put it there... Also I think that jpeg of the cover is too low Q and makes the cover not look as good as you actually made it look.

i think if you smoothed out the edges of the guys head it would look a lot better. his head looks kinda blocky and jagged like it was cut from ms paint.

Good concept but parts of the layout are pretty basic and make everything look thrown together. I would try moving the artist's name down to the bottom, right above the title text...maybe even shrink it down a bit, color it blue and incorporate it into the vital sign border. Then crop the background a little and possibly throw a blue grunge or splatter border around the whole cover.

This has potential though for sure, keep at it.
