I'm not to worried about who's who and who's sounds like what, but it kinda rubbs me the wrong way when some new cat comes out that I've never heard of that sounds almost EXACTLY like someone else on the same label. Where's the originality if rappers just bite each other's style. But I have'nt heard most of the newer shit so I probaly can't even comment...I'm just referring to that one Locc 2 da Brain remix on that Siccmix comp. Thought that was Sicx for sure till I read the back of the CD...Hopefully the new Siccmade artists are coming into their own with their own style.

I love all these cats. I've noticed the similarities of COS and Calico too and I chalk it up to this. COS has got that Gangsta Real Life depressed material. And Calico has that Demonic siccness type flow. Crookwood does sound alot like Sicx, But I chalk it up too a infulence that Crookwood has. He has great beats too.
