Incarcerated rapper Corey "C-Murder" Miller has been attempting to appeal his murder conviction. It is now being reported that the lengthy battle is far from over, as the Supreme Court failed to deliver a ruling by the expected November 26th date. The court also did not give a reason as to why the delay has occurred.
Miller was convicted in the 2002 murder of a 16-year-old outside a New Orleans, Louisiana nightclub. The former No Limit Records star was sentenced to life in prison in 2009 by a 10-2 jury vote for conviction.
