KOCH Expands Distribution Roster with New Labels

(Port Washington, NY) December 8, 2005 – KOCH Entertainment Distribution is pleased to announce that it has signed three new and exclusive labels which include System Recordings, Mercury Entertainment Group and Siccness.net. KOCH will be the exclusive distributor for each label in North America.

"We're very pleased to welcome these new labels to our roster as we continue to grow and expand our company," says Michael Rosenberg, President of KOCH Entertainment Distribution.

Founded in 2001, noted electronic music label, System Recordings is home to such artists as Dieselboy, DJ Icey, Bad Boy Bill, DJ Rap, Christopher Lawrence, DJ Micro, Frankie Bones, The New Deal and STS9. The label's catalog has more than 75 active CD & DVD titles. Always at the forefront of cutting-edge music, System Recordings has a diverse and exciting release schedule for 2006 with new releases from Sasha & John Digweed, Rabbit in the Moon, Dieselboy and Christopher Lawrence to name just a few. Double Blind Music is the latest addition to the System family concentrating on modern rock music. The first releases on Double Blind Music are the first two installments of the "{un}known" compilation series and the debut artist album from Phoenix-based 32 Leaves. System Special Markets is System's newly launched lifestyle imprint, focusing on health and well being with such titles as the "Nature's Balance" DVD and CD audio/visual relaxation series.

"Everyone at System Recordings & Double Blind Music is excited about our newly forged distribution relationship with KOCH Entertainment. KOCH's remarkable history combined with their knowledgeable staff and state-of-the-art facility made them the obvious choice. We're looking forward to working with everyone at KOCH."
Louis Montorio, Co-Founder, System Recordings

Mercury Entertainment Group, in its new relationship with KOCH Entertainment Distribution, looks to take its place as a national leader in urban home entertainment. The Street Life Films label, which forms the foundation of the company, produces a quality range of urban home entertainment. Forthcoming titles include: "Hip Hop Elements", the original underground B-Boy DVD, "DJ Demp – Dirty For Life", a DVD showcasing platinum rappers Juvenile, Trick Daddy and Lil' Flip, and "Real Talk", a documentary on urban comedy hosted by Rayzor, from HBO's "Bad Boys of Comedy". Street Life Films also has a catalog of urban comedy DVD's featuring some of the biggest names from BET's 1 rated show "Comic View".

Also operating under the banner of Mercury Entertainment Group is Kompa TV, a world music record label specializing in French Caribbean music and "The Word", an educational documentary series soon to be airing on PBS stations. Perhaps Mercury's most exciting prospect for the future is R&B sensation Casely. Mercury is soon to release Casely's debut album "I'll Be". A recent feature on CNN and major radio airplay along with Casely's incredible songwriting ability is already making him a household name.

"We are extremely excited about our deal with KOCH Distribution. This relationship will allow us to better place quality-driven urban music and home videos in the US marketplace. Partnering with the KOCH marketing and distribution 'machine' will also give us the best opportunity to effectively penetrate markets that we have not been able to crack. We are looking forward to a long-lasting mutually beneficial relationship."
Robert Roundtree, General Counsel, Mercury Entertainment Group, Inc.
