C-Bo Gas Chamber OG black cover re-released/bootlegged?

Has the OG black cover version of gas chamber been rereleased or bootlegged recently? Suddenly there are constantly 4-5 on ebay and this one used to be hella rare. Has someone opened up a hidden SMG vault somewhere?

But letitbe records had a fair few sealed copies of them. I've purchased 2 (back in '06/'07) but i'm sure they had them consistently until '09. They'd just add 1 copy every time so that when you browse it, you buy it straight away, then like two weeks later they'd replenish the stock. That's why it kept a good value, but i think recently it's lost value or it might've just been anomolous. ???

NOTE: letitbe had a shitload of old smg, rap-a-lot n more.. classics... I have no doubt in my mind that theyre original & not bootlegs.. They had 51.50 - Games People Play, Da Odd Squad, Little Bruce - Xxtra Mannish OG & countless more..
