ALl the states above it are small with the exception of 1 or 2

Most of them are North Eastern states with the exception of - Hawaii? I mean it is basically run by the Navy, grunts that get to follow orders. I figured the best and the brightest came to Cali but apparently I am to believe they go to New England.

yeah, pretty funny...even though it has a "disclaimer"...is this meant to be taken seriously?


I know that the Economist ran this a while back, and there was a thread in here about it, and then the Economist issued an apology saying it was entirely made up and retracted it.
