When I saw the preview for this I couldn't believe how bad it looked. But I gave them (Happy Madison crew) the benefit of the doubt considering their track record. But then I looked on iMDB which, as many would attest, has a tendancy to over-rate movies, and they had Bucky Larson pegged at a 2.4/10 which speaks volumes. I almost feel sorry for Nick Swardson and everyone who took part in making this movie. And they're pushing it pretty hard too.

On opening night at my movie theatre the 7:15PM show (7:00-9:00PM shows are the busiest time for any movie on average) there were 3 people in the theatre. It did 11 people total for the whole day.

There has been one person so far to see it all day today lol.

I think Sandler got like a bet going on or a joke. How bad does the film he makes has to be in order for people not to watch it anymore...or they are just on crack.

Damn I'm the only one who thought it looked funny lol I will be seeing it asap before it gets pulled.
I think it looks like it has some laughs, i'm gonna definitely check it out, might wait till it hits the dollar theater though.

I was one of the few people that liked Strange Wilderness too, fuckin love that movie and mad people hate it.

For the hell of it I looked up Happy Madison Productions on Wikipedia to see if I liked any of their movies, and there isn't one I've seen that I've liked. Granted I've only seen about five or six out of like thirty, but yeah.

1999 Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo
2001 The Animal
Joe Dirt
2002 The Master of Disguise
Eight Crazy Nights
The Hot Chick
2003 Dickie Roberts: Former Child Star
2005 Deuce Bigalow: European Gigolo

The Benchwarmers
2008 Strange Wilderness
The House Bunny

I liked those. Not saying they were brilliant or as good as earlier Sandler movies, but made me laugh.

I guess it's just not my style of humor. I hated every single one of those. There were a lot more on the Wiki list too but I didn't really look so maybe they were just affiliated with Happy Madison, but they all sucked too.
