last nite on KMEL. Talkin' about how he was a Southern dude partially raised on $hort, GLP, 4-Tay, Seff The Gaffla, UDI, Cold World Hustlers, Celly Cel, THe Coup, Hiero, 40 & The Click and how the West has played a major part in hip-hop. Dude was even quoting lyrics from Bay classics and even said Hyphy Juice was better than most of the big name energy drinks out there. Much props to Bubba (just like David Banner) for recognizing.

damn thats tight,people be sleepin on Bubbas skills for real and now knowin he up on Bay shit is hella tight.Purple Ribbon is finna do it at least I hope.I'm a Outkst fan and shit too so I be stayin up on they music.Killer Mike also gave props to Mac Mall and other Bay cats a couple years back in a magazine.Killa go hard too

^yeah but if he quotin old Bay shit come on now,and he is from the South so its more than likely he aint frontin and plus he a older cat so he prolly did grow up on our music when it was really crackin since hella South heads was bumpin our shit.AND he's White lol not that that means anything but theres HELLA White kids that be up on Bay shit sprinkled through out the South and MidWest and shit,mainly up on old mobb music.

yea I know what you're sayin. I'm just trying to put it in perspective for all of the people who get over excited when a "mainstream" artists shows that he/she knows the name of one of the bay artists.
