not many places offer jkd hardly anywhere. alot of the places i have seen that do actually teach jkd, mainly only teach grappling techniques. i think basically the best place you could probably learn from anyone would be dan inosanto's school in L.A. he was kinda like bruce lee's right hand man as far as training goes, if you look at some of the old school footage of bruce lee training at home, dan is the one with him. bruce lee said before he learned martial arts, a punch is just a punch, and a kick is just a kick, when he started to learn more.....it was no longer just a punch or a kick.....it became so much more than that......but after he learned what martial arts was about, a punch is just a punch, and a kick is just a kick. something to think about. very smart guy. he understood the art better than anyone i think. not many people in our time have developed a style that actually works. "jkd favors formlessness so it can assume all forms." that doesn't mean that his style would make you anywhere near where his level of competence was though.
