Brown Area

I recently got that Brown Area (with a bridge on a front cover). I guess it's from 1999. I've got some questions:
1. I know J-Loc's song "Livin Illgeal" has already been on his solo. Do any other songs from this comp appear also somewhere else?
2. Is that Victor-E from the Bay? Has he appeared anywhere else?

Brown Area is just a compilation, so more than likely most of those songz are from other albumz....

not all the songs are on other CDs i think just j locs is the only track i have almost all of there new CDs an none of the other tracks is on them
