I think he's a good coach... the Broncos really don't have an extremely talented roster, but he makes the most out of what he has, especially with QBs

look what he did with Matt Cassell, and what he's doing with Kyle Orton

I think he doesn't make great personnel decisions, but he gets the most out of the personnel he has

im perfectly happy with mcd. he has got rid of cancers like cutler and marshall who were only there for themsleves and is slowly replacing the attitude of the team and making it have an identity, injuries have sucked this year and yet we should have beat Jets and were right in the game against colts, who under shanahan always annilahted us.

IM a mcd supporter!!!!

i honestly think josh mcdaniels is way ahead of his time....when he first went to Denver and made all those changes, shook the team up big time, they went 6-0 out the gates. I know they tapered off at the end of the season going 2-8, but they look well again this year. Consider all the distractions with that organization outside the locker room, I think he's done a great job.

Something else to consider.....look how much New England has changed now that he's gone....the feared Pats are now just a mediocre team with a talented QB. It wouldn't surprise me if many years down the road he ends up in the hall of fame....

what other head coach in the NFL right now has 3 rings besides belicheck? at 35 years old?

FUCK JOHN FOX, what has he done without peppers?
FUCK RICK DENNISON, bronco fans wanted him fired when he was special teams coach, now all of a sudden he's good enough to be HC? he inheritated a great O in houston and look how they suck.
PRETTY MUCH FUCK ALL OF THEM. I am less than thrilled with all they are bringing in. I said it a few weeks ago, I will say it again, Josh Mcdaniels will come back and haunt us!

I agree. His offense works. He's a good coach. The team just sucks rit now. Whoever they hire will be a downgrade. Plus its dumb to trust a guy enuff to make those kinda personnel changes and then fire em a year later.
