broadband internet search?

i live in a rural part or tulare and i want to get some sort of high speed internet but cant find any isp, is their like a website where i could plug in my address and it will give me all the isp that i are available for me. pLease help. thanks in advance

If you go to http://dsl.yahoo.com/ or http://www.comcast.com/Localization/Localize.ashx?Referer=/Buyflow/default.ashx you should be able to check if SBC/Yahoo or Comcast is in your area.

I had to keep checking them both for where I live and signed up for SBC when it became available.

I don't know if there's any site out there like the one you're looking for. I would call local computer repair shops, someone there could probably point you in the right direction unless they feel like being a dick about it.
