its like posting my work on the net got me work in areas i couldnt reach...then from there the word gets spread...

or someone will pick up a flyer for a concert...see my name on it...and hit me for work...

but i really dont advertise like talking bout it...i do have lil one side post cards that i had out at meet & greet type networking events...its kinda like a biz card/mini portforlio so potential clients can see who ive worked for...what kinda work i do and to realize that i was the one that did their fav cover...

cuz i dont really wanna do work for just anyone...

some clients arent worth the headache for the money they are spending...

do you mind speaking more on this, sounds interesting, would like to hear more on your view/thoughts of this
its like some are so un organized and dont have a view of what they want...

call every 15 mins so you cant get any work done...get mad if you dont answer cuz you are in a 'work mode' (usually when im in a good zone i dont answer the phone)

then they dont have all the info so there are constent changes...

they want proofs for one word changes...

then at the end of the day you find out theyve had your work printed at a local kinkos rather than a full run w/ uv coating and theyve turned your 4x6 flyer in to a 4.25x5.5 so the deminsions are off...

i have alot of professional clients who send all the info in an organized fashion such as:

date
venue
theme
party title
drink specials
dress code
contact info

they send logos, pics and suggested flyer style...

ill send them proofs...then they send me updated info (cuz parties are always changing)...and it makes it so much easier...

i have alot of clients that say "just give me some tight shit" then i give them something and then theyll say "thats not what i had in mind" when from the beginging i asked them for at least a theme or color scheme or something...

word, man i see your flyers out here on richmond across the street from CLUB MATRIX at the corner store named OCEE. I live on richmond and i get my blunts from there and on the side they got lil stacks of flyers and i saw one of your flyer designs i dont know which one but it said sinful-designs... so i knew it was you. Pretty tight though man.

How many projects do you take on a month? Cause it seems like you do a cover almost about every week and a flyer every few days.
