Gonna be in Tucson but I'm definitely watching...hey Southside do you train and if so where at?

Oh yeah...every other Wednesday 11pm...make sure yall watch the new show I'm promoting...Unleashed on KTLA 14(Cox South and East County) Channel 12 in TimeWarner and Channel 95 in North County) its a fighting show that tapes here in San Diego

Dean Lister who is also from San Diego fights in the UFC as well his next fight is in December

What's up homie. Nah, I'm not training at a gym right now. Yeah I've seen that Unleashed showed before. I didn't know it was every other Wednesday though. I thought it was just a one time show. Good shit, I'll make sure to tune in for every show. That's good to hear Dean Lister is gonna be back in the octagon. I haven't seen him fight for a while now.
