While I am playing a dynasty mode game. the game stops and pauses and sends me instantly to the controler select screen. I select my side and keep on playing but it keeps stopping periodically and doing this. While I am playing. one time it stopped and the control just kept on vibrating. So I put the control in the next slot and it start working. but the select controller screen keeps poping up.. I bout a new internet able ps2 and nba live 2004. And this problem is making me mad.

your controller is either fucked up or the game has a bug in it.

mine used to do that wit MOH. my dude would get stuck walking in a fucking circle and i would have to reboot my shit. or just unplug and replug in my controller, in the same slot. i started using a different controller and the problem went away. so i'd say get a new stick.

sounds like the woires to you ps2 are crimped or fucked up somehow...try another controller or go buy a new one,...if you bought a cheap knockoff controller thats the reason too, those are pieces of shit...use a real ps2 controller....

otherwise call sony, you have a warranty


try cleaning the disc.....or using a cd lens cleaner on ya ps2

it really sounds like your controller is fucked up though, go buuy another one online, i've seen em for like 8.99

hows the game?...the graphics look tight as fuck.

also another gripe about the ps2...

anybody noticed that every cd you put in there...after playing it for a while the cd starts showing scratches.

at some rental place around here they fine ppl who play dvd movies on game systems because they say it scratches the cds up...i looked at my shit...and its true...with all this fucking technology they got and all this fucking money they charge for these things...and you still end up getting fucked somehow.
