Thanx for the feedback the version Im giving Magruff has the Shadow by the hand and a little touch-up's the Elephant is that way because he wanted it that way its a staple of East Side San Jose

Hmmm, at least make the elephant a darker pink... It does take away from the visual a lot. That's actually the 1st thing I noticed... I also agree to put a blur shadow on left hand... Other than that, I commend you on this piece... Great work!!!

Cloud brush is not cuttin it, you should apply smoke to it as well, and maybe add more color to dude. overall nice.

I did'nt use a cloud brush it is actual smoke I put in using layer masks but thanx for the feedback

Make it just a lil darker. The way it is now, it looks to graph. You want it to look like it was really part of that mini mall. Get it a lil bit dirty, and it will blend just fine.
