you need a construct of the beat---that is each sound on its own individual track, tracked out. That way you can arrange the beat anyway you want and you can fix something in case the original sequence is not what you need anymore. You want to make sure to get your beats on cd like that. If hes never heard of a construct, you should fuck with a different producer.
