When creatin grafic's playa how do you make shit like the msb man/w the bandanna I was goin to do somethin for someone I wanted to make a messed up house but what do you use for it do you just draw it or is there a tool IN PHOTO SHOP that can help me do it

1. regarding the little bandit dood design:, a good way of doing something similar is to do a line drawing with a pen/pencil and then scan it in a High Resolution and then manipulate it/color it with photoshop tools.

Or

Find a similar design to what u are looking for, and create layers over the top of it, and re draw it using select tools, and different colors....

2. as for blings/shines:
everyone has their own ways but i do this:
Use the line tool draw your lines, change opacity to fade them a little, then you can add a glow or use the aire brush over the top....same thing with the circular part.......then add a light touch of the airbrush to top things off....I have also seen people use the lens flare and do similar tricks.
