Great article. Thanks for the good read. I don't know to much about Boller other then his squad did have a high scoring offense this past season. I didn't follow him to close in college play but im definatley going to keep an eye out for him in the draft. It sounds like he is a great quaterback who has been on a subpar offensive squad throughout his career. The story kind of reminds me of my bor Carr, so much talent and not a whole lot of help. If thats really true that he kneeled at midfield and threw the ball through the goal posts then thats some shit..

You got it right there.
Turns out he's a hell of an athlete too. Like you said, throwin the ball from the 50 on his knees through the goal posts. His shuttle run was faster than all but two receivers too.

Boller is tight, but I dunno about top 10..........if someone picks him over Leftwitch they gonna HELLA regret that shit. I was readin about that 50 yards on his knees on espn an they asked Leftwitch about it, haha an dude said some shit like "I try to stay on my feet when I throw the ball"

some good qb's this year..........if I was a coach though I would want Leftwitch...that dude played hella good all 4 years in college when Boller an Palmer only really tore shit up in thier senior years........an Leftwitch played what 4-5 games with a broken shin........risking his draft status he even played in the bowl game just so he could help his team win..........thats a qb's mentallity I want for my team

Thats who I hope my Bears pick. I could see Leftwich ridding the bench for a year figuring out the Bears program and learning some from Kordell. Then give him a shot in year 2 or half way through year two. Kordell is only signed for two years. Chicago needs to pick a franchise type player, but I think they will go with Suggs. They will probably give Urlachers brother a shot also like the did with Butkus nephew and pick him late.

The Bears already proved that they are dumb shits, when they picked up Kordell. They'll probably fuck up on their draft pick too.

Boller is a tad bit overrated, I wasn't impressed with him throughout his whole career however he did have a great senior season. I'm not sold on the guys accuracy....

Leftwich is the real deal....

Leftwich is the definition of a field general, when Lefty steps on the field he has this presence about him thats intimidating. This man doesn't have a complete drop step he takes a few shuffles and wings that football as hard and as accurate as he can. He is always on the money.

He's the next Drew Bledsoe....

I wouldn't say overrated, but his career at Cal was basically dead until Tedford took over and turned him into athe QB he is right now.
Usually when a guys soars up this high, this fast right before the draft, it's because there's a pretty good reason. I don't see him going top 10, but he was barely a second round pick immediately folowing Cal's season. Now he's elevated himself into the first round, and probably around the middle of the first round.
He has to be doing something right to impress so many teams, you know?
