You ever checked out E-Bay? They have vests for sale all the time, a shitload of em. No matter what people think, Bulletproof Vests are not illegal to own. I spoke to a lady who does fugitive recovery today, and she gave me the scoop on vests. It's not like I have a stash of vests, I have ONE, and I don't want the shit.
Since it is my property, I can do what I choose with it.
