heres a small rundown of some of the ingredients:
kava kava extract: (Effects of kavalactones include mild sedation, a slight numbing of the gums and mouth, and vivid dreams. Kava has been reported to improve cognitive performance and promote a cheerful mood.[12] Muscle relaxant, anaesthetic, anticonvulsive and anxiolytic)
valerian root: (Valerian is used for insomnia and other disorders as an alternative to benzodiazepine drugs. A sedative for nervous tension, hysteria, excitability, stress and intestinal colic or cramps.)
hops: (used in production of beer often- Hops are also used in herbal medicine in a way similar to valerian, as a treatment for anxiety, restlessness, and insomnia)
melatonin: (Some supplemental melatonin users report an increase in vivid dreaming. on the back it says 'this product may cause drowsiness. do not exceed 2 servings daily, consumed several hours apart' ive drank 2 back to back, havent really gone any farther than that. definite 'something' added to my high.
