im goin snowboardin and i need to get a jacket.
i hardly ever go so i dont wanna spend bread cuz i know they get up to 300+
im thinkin this

one n e suggestions of brands or sick jacket. black and grey is what im lookin for..

As long as its waterproof your should be good, if you dont go a lot theres no sense in spending a lot, or if you dont ever fall, when it gets a little warmer I just where a long sleeve shirt with a t-shirt over it. ^^^Burton makes good stuff.

for the most part you get what you pay for. you want a cheap jacket its gonna be a cheap jacket, so you will be wet and cold. try sites like steepandcheap.com, whiskeymilitia.com, tramdock.com and brociety.com they have deals going all the time and its quality stuff. thats a pretty dope neff jacket though

^^^LOL, I got those ones as soon as I got back and used them the rest of the season. I had the walmart back ups in my bag, but I was juiced to use the skeleton ones, but my hands were wet and freezing as soon as i touched the snow, those dakine ones are the shit.

I have a Ecko snowboard jacket that I ordered online from Macy's a year ago and never wore (other than trying it on once).

I just bought it to use as a regular heavy rain jacket so I have no idea how good it is for snowboarding. Shea and some others might know if Ecko has good snowboard jackets, but I do know that it's sturdy as fuck and seems like it should keep water out. I never used it because it was way too sturdy to wear as a regular bad weather coat.

Shit was $245 retail, but I'll sell that bitch for less if you or anyone is interested.

It's not black and grey though. It's on some fancy ass plaid shit. I'll post a pic later.
