Blue pulsing light on Wii when powered off

What's the deal with that? I've never noticed it doing this before. Does it mean I have a pending update that needs to be installed?

No, thats just what it does. Happens everytime I turn mine off.

Ours did that the second night after we bought it... I woke up and looked over at it pulsing like that & thought to myself 'fuuuucccckkk, don't tell me I'm gonna have to send this shit in already.'
