can somebody show me where i can find a tutorial for this or let me know how to do it...not the "bling bling" shit wit the diamonds and shit, but the "shine" on a chain type shit...

if all u want is the glare of the chrome or sumtin........go to filter/render/lens flair.......the just put it where u want it
