SUP , LIFTN I AINT DONE THAT IN BOUT 2 MONTHS BEFOR THEN I GOT UP TO 300 POUNDS MAX BENCH , I START TO SQAUT AGAIN TOO BUT I HURT MY BACK RUN'N MY 40 AT FOOTBALL PRACTICE,THAT N JUZ OLD HABBITS GOT IN THE WAY , I NEED TO START AGAIN IMMA REST ANOTHER MONTH BEFOR I LIFT I MIGHT START WORKN ON FOOTWORK N CARDIO FOR FOOTBALL NEXT YEAR I MIGHT PLAY I AINT SURE

Thats cool. Too bad about your back... I got a few friends who are big as hell and strong as hell and play football, im sure ill see em over Christmas Break, so ill ask em what they do, and i can tell ya. Maybe it will give you some extra things to try if you havent trained like they have. They uisually show me a new thing when they come back from different parts of the country. I myself dont run... ill tread water for 30 minutes before running.

I dont play anything anymore (organized).
