so i just bought this game today.. actually discovered it indirectly because of one of dead blue's threads in this forum which led me to various searches.
from what i'm hearing this is the definitive version. some are complaining that its just an update, others are touting the additional material, despite the low number of new characters. what i'm wondering is, is there a point in also buying calamity trigger? cuz it doesnt seem like there is.

3 new characters + 2 DLC characters and I'm assuming more are on the way. Probably one every few months.
Yea it's an update but that's how fighting games work. I traded in Calamity Trigger to get a few dollars credit for this. When the new BB comes out, I'll trade this one in.
I like this one better, although they nerfed my CT main bad so I'm learning Tsubaki (one of the new characters) now.
