My boy got it out in Filmo, its tight looking, not a book, more like a Year Book Format, or actually a magazine, it was really a hundred bones?
Frisco Street Show has it for $39.99 (I THINK...)

PEACE!

there is something that has been floating around for a long time, its called "the maual" it was written by kmfdm, some industrial group, but they used themselves as a test and created this formula on how to make a #1 single and actually used it and some of their freinds did, and they actually had a number one single, i have a copy of this and have read it and it actually has some good knowledge, its very hard to get ahold of, but if you can you should read it, its got good info and it is actually pretty funny cuz they clown hella people
