(CBS) INDUSTRY, Calif. Taboo, a member of the musical group Black Eyed Peas was arrested on suspicion of DUI and marijuana possession after he was involved in a collision in Industry.
The accident took place Tuesday morning around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of Grand Avenue and Valley Boulevard. No injuries were reported, according to Los Angeles sheriff's Sgt. Kevin Walk.
Jaime Luis Gomez, 31, is known by fans as "Taboo." He admitted to being one of the drivers in the non-injury collision, Walk said.
Gomez was released from the Industry Station's jail at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday night evening with a citation for possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, possession of a prescribed medication without a prescription, and driving under the influence, Walk said.
