i bet that proportion is about equal or even less than the number of crimes that are committed by black and brown juveniles. why is there no stat provided as to how many death penalty eligible crimes were committed by brown and black teens? thats a big variable to be leaving out if youre trying to provoke constructive opinions.

even still i dont believe in the death penalty especially on youngsters. 16 17, hell even 21 year olds are pretty stupid if you ask me. still kids.

Black and Mexican defendants get longer sentences for murder

lesser penaltys for drugs and grand theft auto

White people get harsher sentences for drugs, rape, and most other sexual assaults

these are all statistics out of my sociology of social problems college book
