Haven't you evr played gta it was obvious it was a bulletproof windshield those dont break . also her foot got caught under the tire preventing her from flying 15-20ft from the car.

@fillyacup she didn't see the camera on account of the fact that she was a girl who was in distress she probably thought it was a gun. There's also the possiblity that she is a cop or wants to be one, cop's cant tell the difference between things that aren't guns and things that are.
